Success

In January 2009 we successfully completed our move from Blyth to Benfield Business Park in Newcastle.
Whilst it was sad to leave Blyth, the new premises have opened up a whole vista of opportunities.
Utilising the large capacity of 13,000 square feet has entailed a capital spend of over £50k on new plant and facilities.
Even in the current economic climate we are embarking on a growth strategy which will see us double our turnover within the next 3 years.
We are confident that Earsdon Engineering Ltd will build on its existing reputation for providing quality bespoke products through these new opportunities.

I am pleased and very proud to announce that Earsdon Engineering has recently been awarded the above quality standard.

Following on from our earlier approval by Investors in People, we can now move confidently on the path of continuous improvements in the service that we offer our clients and partners.

We are also training one of out site workforce in the management of health and safety to strengthen our safety culture wherever we work. To date we have achieved a Nebosh recognised qualification which we firmly believe will make us a safer a more dependable company to employ.

Earsdon Engineering is committed to the achievement of Investors in People status.

In line with the company’s expansion plan and focus on continuous improvement, both management and workforce regularly attend development courses. As a result site welders and shop floor fabricators have been promoted to management. Within five years of serving an apprenticeship, one of Earsdon’s achievers was promoted to Assistant Contracts Manager. In every way possible Earsdon Engineering continually strives to improve workforce efficiency in order to enhance the company’s well being.
